JDiameter Protocol

Hi all,

I'm doing my final year project using diameter protocol.
Scope of my project is as follows
"The scope is to authenticate each ports during state change and to accounting the state change event using Diameter protocol. This is called Port based Network Access Control (PNAC)"

I need to implement this project using SDN and opendaylight controller.

Diameter protocol is very new to me and I'm also unaware of JBOSS and all.

I was surfing for JDiamter Client stack implementation and i found mobicents having the same. When i went through the user guide, I confused with the software requirement field.

Is it possible to porting the mobicents JDiameter code for SDN ?

I dono whether i'm going in right path. Kindly help me whether mobicent Jdiamter implementation help for requirements or not ?

Hi Tamizhini,

As I know, that the opendaylight is not a maven project , but the JDiameter project is the maven project. I suggest you just use the JDiameter libraries, which you should put them to the build path of the opendaylight after compiling them using the maven, and you no need use the JBoss AS.
