Access to private data

Does someone know why Mobbler needs access to my contacts, my device info and my location info?

Hi Sto,

Mobbler needs access to location info to get your cell ID when looking
up local gigs. I just checked and the Ericsson database we were using
is no longer available, so this isn't working at the moment.

Contact access is needed to be able to share what you're listening to
with your phone contacts. This isn't actually available in the
official release, so the access can be removed in a later release.

And finally, device access is needed to be able to set album art as
wallpaper.

Thank you very much for answering that quick!
So you are saying that only device access is actually used right now?
That is good!
Please remove contact access in a future release if possible. Or at least it schould be opt-in.

No phonebook info is actually accessed in any public version, so I'll remove it for the next release.
