mcop error

Hi,

Thank you for your work. I'm trying to use moabs. I run the bsmap and mcall with no problem, but when I run mcomp I get the following error 

"You request to merge files before comparison so please specify the filename for the merged file"

I saw in the google discussion group that you recommend 1.49 version, but I could not find it on GitHub.

mcomp -r  zr3361_1_S13_mobas_sorted.bam.G.bed,zr3361_2_S14_mobas_sorted.bam.G.bed -r zr3361_5_S17_mobas_sorted.bam.G.bed,zr3361_6_S18_mobas_sorted.bam.G.bed  -c comp13-14_vs_17-18.txt
