MOABS questions

Dear Sun,

 

I see your MOABS today, what a powerful software it is!!

 

Most times my team have to dealwith research without biological replicate samples.

 

So, can MOABS handel the situation without biological replicates or with partial biological replicates (such as A group has biological replicates, but B group do not!), I mean if I fed just two sample without replicates (such as caseA and caseB), Can MOABS still work and output the DMR or DMC?

If I understood the manual correctly, you should be able to do so by running:

mcomp -r sampl1.bed -r sample2.bed

Have you tried that?
