Questiones about MOABS

Dear Sun,

I am currently a senior student majoring in bioinformatics in Harbin Medincine University.I have some questiones about MOABS. 

Q :  Most times we  have to dealwith research without biological replicate samples. So, can MOABS handel the situation without biological replicates or with partial biological replicates (such as A group has biological replicates, but B group do not!), I mean if I fed just two sample without replicates (such as caseA and caseB), Can MOABS still work and output the DMR or DMC?

Yes. MOABS works if you have no biological replicates or partial replicates.
