Does anyone here has constructed a artificial CpG island?

I somehow need to construct a artificial CGI, but I hardly find references that illustrate the regularly-used ones, if there is a well-known one, and didn't show how to construct one.
So does any of the experts here has the experience of constructing a artificial CpG island, can you share the way with me?
