Beta-binomial to estimate seq depth for DMR

Hi,

Wondering if anyone has used the beta-binomial model to estimate average coverage depth required for inferring DMR of a given effect size?

I am designing an RRBS case-control experiment where I know roughly what effect size to expect, and know what the sample sizes are per group. I need to calculate coverage depth necessary to achieve the necessary statistical significance for the DMRs.

Is there a calculator that uses beta-binomial and can do power calculations to answer the above?
Alternately if someone can suggest a strategy to write such a calculator, that would be great too.
