Appletalk is off by default since 10.4.
The only reason to turn it on is to allow server discovery by pre-OSX
clients. But this is not neccesary if the user types the server IPnr
into the connection dialog. If they insist on using the Chooser, then
give them an OS9 server to connect to.

Why does every new printer still come out of the box with Appletalk ON?
