I encountered a large flock of Black Rosy-Finches this afternoon around Castleton Tower in Castle Valley. The flock swirled around the cliffs and the top of the Rectory, then landed around me at the base of the Priest and Nuns. I took a photo of the flock in the air and counted 236 individuals - the largest rosy-finch flock I've encountered.
