CLUSTREAM Algorithm Question!

Hello every one.

I'm really beginner in Moa and machine learning algorithm.

Could you please tell me how can I implemented CLUSTREAM algorithm based on sliding window instead of land mark window?

What changes should I make to the algorithm? 

And could you please tell me if I change window of algorithm to sliding window, the quality of algorithm increase or not?
