Online clustering of lines of code: single attribute of type String with character based distance metrics

Hi

how can I cluster lines of codes?  

Data points have a single attribute of type String with a character-based distance metrics (Jaro-Winkler).

Is it possible to use MOA online clustering algorithms on such data sets?

No, MOA can not handle string attributes at the moment.
