STEP Central is an NSF-supported initiative that aims to build and support a "community of practice" among those working to increase the number of college graduates in science, technology, engineering and mathematics in the United States.
STEP’s October 30 webinar (1:00 PM Central Time) will discuss the importance and impact of successful 2y/4y partnerships on STEM graduation and transfer rates at both partnering institutions. Participants will gain a “2yr institution” perspective on the components of a successful partnership as well as discuss key factors in developing and sustaining 2y/4y partnerships. The information disseminated during the webinar can be applied and adapted within the framework of other institutions. At the end of the webinar, participants should understand the vital role each partner plays in the success (graduation and transfer) of 2-year college STEM Students.
