John Lee Ellis, the RBA for Colorado, has posted a collaborative spreadsheet for PBP bound Colorado randonneurs. I think many of the Minnesota PBP randonneurs have been staying in touch informally, but if this idea makes sense, it would be a good tool.

Subject: [RUSA-rba] PBP collaborative spreadsheet
There are some riders from my region registered for PBP. They would like to coordinate plans, tell each other where they're staying, and maybe give a mobile phone number where they can be contacted in Europe. So I've created a Google Docs spreadsheet, giving Edit access to local PBP-registered riders (thank you, Mark, via the PBP wiki), including:
-
rider
-
starting time
-
start/finish lodging (for riders optionally to fill in - it's their choice)
-
telephone number while in France (")
-
e-mail address (")
-
arrival and departure dates to/from France (")
-
notes (")
You may have done something like this or even better, but just a thought.
