Anti-Spam measures

Some of you have probably noticed that our group has already been
spammed a couple times. I was hoping it would take longer that this for
them to hit. I don't really want to have to approve people everytime
they sign up, but if that's what it takes I'm willing.

I enabled the option that makes the first message posted by a new
member have to be approved. I think that will be sufficient for now.

All of you already registered (as of 12-4-05 @ 1:15pm) are fine to
post, but to anyone that is signing up as a new member, please
understand that there will be a delay in the posting of your first
message. I do check often, so it won't take very long.

It seems that new members will only trickle in from now on, so this
shouldn't be a very big hassle.
