Lots of bad news for cannabis here. it makes mandatory sentences for
larger scale cannabis sales, also criminalized gun owners (even if gun
has nothing to do with any violations). it cancels the ability of
judges to avoid handing out a 'minimum' sentence. it's bad on all
fronts.

Seems like Hall was playing ball with medical cannabis but he is
bringing out the literal guns of the state against anyone they catch
with large scale stuff. Not cool! This reads like an agency bill, it's
pretty ruthless. Latz has also been terrible so far on everything this
year, he is always on the side of The Man.
