*There is major Change in SEATING PLAN in EXAM *
1. Please find the said "Duty Chart" as Attachment to this MAIL.
IT is requested that please go through the DUTY-Chart
carefully and Match the Date, Time,Venue of Exams which
are of your concern with Schedule of the Dean (Academic).
A Hard Copy of the Schedule+Venue details is kept in the
TEA-CLUB of CSED and M.Tech.(III)+Ph.D. Att.Register.
2. A copy of this is also sent to some Students of M. Tech.(III)
Semester (CS+SW+IS) and Ph.D. Scholars for conveying the
same to ALL through sending above Duty - Chart at their
Group-MAIL/INDIVIDUAL GROUP MAIL-ID.
3.A HARD copy will also be available at CSED-Office & Tea-Club
and Attendance Registers of Ph.D.+M.Tech.(III)Sem Students.
4.So ALL are requested to go through the above Duty-Chart in detail
and also Notes given at END and conduct the EXAM Properly.
5.A copy is sent to ALL Guest and Visiting faculties too for necessary
steps at their end for circulation among ALL G/V.faculties.
6.Additional Duties which are yet to come from other Dept which will
be informed later.
7.Mismatch if any must be brought in notice of
undersigned immediately.
