1.Please find attached here with the detailed Duty-Chart
  for End Sem(Theory)Exam 2011 for current EVEN Sem.

2.Please verify the venue, examination date & time from
  the schedule  given by The Dean (Academics).
                                                 ( Available in  MAIL)
3.For any discrepancy in duty chart please inform/consult
  to  the undersigned.

4.All   the   invigilators   are   requested   to   meet   their
 concerned   Course   Coordinators     well     in   advance
 ( i.e before 30 minutes )  to  ensure   the  availability of
 question  papers , Answer books  and Attendance  Sheet
 &    ONLY then  proceed to venue of EXAM.

5.A copy of the Chart is sent to some M.Tech. Students &
 Guest Faculties for circulation in relevant Group Mail-Id.
