For more than 21 years, the Minnesota Electronic Theater has been the
annual meeting place for the state's computer graphics community. It has
served as the premier showcase for locally-produced award-winning
animation and a unique venue for computer graphics professionals,
educators and students to socialize.
The centerpiece of the evening is the MET Show Reel. The Show
Reel is an hour-long presentation of locally produced computer
graphics oriented short videos. They are selected from professional,
student, and independent entries submitted to a jury composed of last
year's award winners. At the end of the evening the 2012 MET
awards will be presented.

The schedule for the evening is as follows:
5:00-6:30PM Screening of international and local SIGGRAPH materials
