Placement cell rules and regulations of conduct and placement poilcy session 2014-15
1)ONE STUDENT ONE CAMPUS PLACEMENT
2) students registering for any Pre placement talks for a company visiting on campus HAVE TO (I mean REALLY HAVE TO ) attend the presentation failure to do so may result in disciplinary action.
3) students vil be eligible to sit for cmpany ONLY when they attend PPT and no direct involvement to the placement process would be admissible, under no circumstances.
4) IMP:- So the students are required to be aware and diligent about their seriousness for registering in the PPT for the company
5) Also, FAILURE TO REPORT FOR 3 COMPANIES IN SUCCESSION (i.e. not involving in 3(THREE) companies at a stretch would result in SHOW CAUSE NOTICE from Dean, student affairs and PTP CELL
6) students might be debarred from sitting in any campus placement drive for ONE MONTH for abv violation of services rendered by PTP cell. and might be asked to submit in writing tht they "WONT TAKE ANY CAMPUS PLACEMENT watsoever".
7) after the PPT students are ADVISED to seriously consider the placement process throughout and involve in FURTHER placement Process as per the instructions conveyed.
8)Students writing any test(online/aptitude/technical) would be considered, without any exceptions, for further rounds (usually interviews/ GD) n no lateral entry or exit possible at this stage, if selected fr further rounds.
9) A brief feedback form to be provided to HR proffesionals on individual basis, marking the diligence and interest on behalf of candidate during entire recruitment drive.
as it has been observed tht students give BIZZARE explanations during their interactions with HR representatives, leading to UNETHICAL PRACTICES, if found guilty the GRADUATION DEGREE MIGHT BE HELD BACK AND STUDENT BE REPORTED TO DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE.
10) after accepting an offer frm a company on campus, student would not be eligible for any further consideration by PTP cell.
