Get together?

Hi everyone,

I've been meaning to send an introduction but haven't found time yet.

But I'm hoping to meet the others who are interested in being part of
this community, and it would be great to get an update from Mary on
the status of the house, determine plans etc. Would anyone else like
to get together?

I wonder if this Sunday afternoon would work for people? Please let us
all know.

Hi Ania.

This sunday a friend of ours is coming in from DC. I work saturday,
so that is pretty busy as well.

I spoke with the mortgage agent today and he said that there is no
problem and we should be ready to close by the monday after next, but
we have unfortunately become very skeptical about timelines.

When are you most available?

I have a M-F corporate day job, so most evenings & weekends I'm available, outside of whatever else I have scheduled.  Is there an evening next week that would work for you, or next Sunday?

Hi Kathy-

Most likely you sent a message to the "Minneapolis Family Cohousing" group on ic.org. But, we're more of an intentional community than real co-housing. There are other houses on the street for sale right now. If anyone bought those, we could definitely establish a retrofit co-housing group.

How 'bout we get together the afternoon of November 30th at 2 PM? We could host the event at 1615 East 31st St. in Minneapolis.

Our number is 612-964-9686.

Hopefully, the new property will be secured by that point. Though, I don't expect the construction/ remodeling to be done until February.

My husband Subbu and I are out of town visiting family for
