Our meeting and State Fair training 8/16

The State Fair starts in a couple of weeks! It will be another fun opportunity to talk with people about EVs. We will have a Ford F-150 Lightning, Tesla Model Y and Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV on display next to the electric garage. If you haven’t picked up a shift yet, do so soon, since there are still a few shifts available (info below.) Remember that all our members are welcome to stop by and help any day at the Fair, even if you didn’t sign up for an official shift.
During this training we will go through our display setup, provide volunteer information and discuss public engagement. In addition to our State Fair plans, we will talk about some of the latest EV market developments. Naturally you
are welcome to join us even if you can’t volunteer at the Fair this year. Oh, and we will have some cake to celebrate our 10th official year at the State Fair!
