Help! 2 computers with same problem!

I have 2 computers windows 7 64 bit both with the version 2.3.1 of mnemosyne. I was adding cards like I normally do in cram mode plugin on my desktop computer when the cards started changing repeatedly without me hitting any buttons. I restarted my desktop, reinstalled mnemosyne 2.3.1 opened different decks, same problem. I start up my laptop open up mnemosyne and have the same problem. Repeatedly changing cards and won't let me Show Answer for more than a half second. This is an entirely different deck on my laptop. The laptop's mnemosyne worked fine when I used it about a week ago. Any help would be appreciated as mnemosyne is my lifeline.
Again sorry if I double posted but I do not see my post on the forum.

Really strange, but this does seem like a hardware problem. Perhaps you are using the same defective keyboard or mouse on both machines?

My desktop and laptop share 0 hardware other than being connected to the same internet source. Desktop is hardwired and laptop is wireless. I have my mouse and keyboard for my desktop and the laptop only uses the built in keyboard and touchpad. When I woke up this morning the problem has stopped for both computers! Hooray! The only thing I did differently today was before I went to bed last night I shut down the desktop rather than restart it. Does restarting a computer leave certain things in the memory or something that shutting down does not? Still odd that both happened at the same time independently. Both use cram mode, both have anonymous uploads disabled (sorry). I'm hoping this won't happen again mnemosyne is the greatest thing to ever happen to my schooling haha. Any ideas as to what could possibly cause such a thing to happen? A poltergeist perhaps? It was just Halloween!
