installing setup on windows

I'm running into some trouble downloading the set up. the download itself runs the installation but won't appear as an app or a file I can access on my computer. It just tries to run the installation process again and again. I don't have lennox or other programs like that so am i required to have those first to use the program? I've already downloaded a card set but can't access it because when I open the set I'm asked to install mnemosyne again.

Hi,

If you run the installer, unless you have a very old PC, the
application should show up when you click the windows icon in the
bottom left corner of your desktop, either as a recently installed
app, or you can search for it in the search bar in that menu.
