I have decided to use Mnemosyne to learn German vocabulary. In making sets of cards, I must make extensive use of umlauts. On a MacBook, umlauts are easily added to letters by holding down that letter on the keyboard. However, when I hold down a letter in Mnemosyne, it simply repeats that letter, as would happen on a Windows OS. Does anyone know whether I can configure Mnemosyne to recognise a held key?
