Hello!

I've recently moved over to Mnemosyne from AnkiPro. AnkiPro was awesome in it's own right, however it is currently down due to "their hosting provider" having connectivity issues.

What made me move was the fact that me (and countless others) no longer have access to their own decks at the moment (been like this for a week now). Basically making AnkiPro very unreliable.

What I was wondering, was how to use Mnemosyne on an iPhone, as I have no idea how to "activate the Mnemosyne webserver on your desktop using the configuration screen, and then review using your browser on your mobile client." Is there a tutorial for this?

I also read (Wikipedia) that Mnemosyne is written in Python, which I myself am writing my own program with. Since FreeSimpleGUI (or PySimpleGUI) is ending their services, I was wondering which GUI Mnemosyne is using.

Thank you for all the help in advance, happy to now be apart of the Mnemosyne community.

Hi,

There is no tutorial, but just look at the configuration screen. When you activate the review server, it will give you a web address that you can open on your iPhone browser. It's very rudimentary though.

The gui is PyQt.

Cheers,
