I don't have access to Vista, but look for hidden directories like
C:\users\lyu\AppData\Roaming, ..

Vista here, it's definitely C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Mnemosyne
AppData will be a hidden folder, there will be instructions on the internet I can't quite remember.
