Plugins development in Mnemosyne 2.x

Mnemosyne 2.x is really satisfying with more exciting features, while those features supported by old plugins in 1.x are put into legacies. I am still running 1.x for the sake of old plugins. Will Peter consider a new platform to accept plugins from the community? Also, I think three plugins in 1.x: schedbar.py, abbrcardstatbar.py, fast_format.py (and probably mnemogogo_plugin.py) are very useful. I am a novice in Python and can only contribute to translation. Could someone help to develop their 2.x versions? Thanks a lot! =)

Tim has already ported fast_format to 2.0, and I guess he will be releasing a
*.plugin file shortly. The same goes for Mnemogogo, I'm told.

Good news! Those plugins will certainly bring me to the new 2.x world!

And I have to thank all the works you and the community have done.

Furthermore, I think schedbar.py and abbrcardstatbar.py are very nice and 

necessary. I am not sure if I should go to another website to ask them as 

next features or wait them to become plugins. What do you think?

Feel free to submit them as feature request, because then community voting can
help prioritise the requests.
