The cards I imported most recently are not showing up in the testing.
When I choose "Get Statistics" on any of them, they show "Days until
next repetition: -58". This did not happen on any of the previous
imports. I tried it with the "Reset learning data on import" setting
checked and unchecked.

The database has 356 cards in three categories. The cards are two-
sided and in one direction. I generally import 25 cards at a time, and
as I mentioned the import has behaved normally on all previous
occasions except this one.

Anyone have an idea about what's going on? Thanks in advance.

This should be just an unfortunate cosmetic issue and not effect the learning
process in any way.

How did you import them? From xml? Are you sure the category they are in is
not inactive? Are you sure that you've finished your other, scheduled cards
first, such that these new cards can start to show up?

Cheers,

Peter

Well, never mind. I had a backlog in the "not memorised" group and the new cards were waiting for me in there. Thank you. --GC

I've encountered the same problem as you did. Some of the "I want to
learn it tomorrow"cards didn't appear the day after I imported them.

See the answer to the original poster: there is no such a thing as an 'I want to learn this tomorrow' card. You first have to review your scheduled cards, and then all the other cards you imported earlier.

If you want more control over what appears when, give these cards you want to learn a specific category, and then deactivate all the other categories.

Cheers,

Peter
