Right-to-left language problem with cloze deletion cards

When setting [...] at the beginning of a right-to-left language text, the brackets are shown at the end of the text instead of at the beginning.
This can be solved by adding ‏ at the beginning of the text. 
But because other users may have the same problem, I post this here.
Maybe there is a better solution for it?
