Mnemosyne Fails to Start

I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times but it fails to open. I had previously saved the database on my flash drive, could that be it? The error was

Hi,

Just delete C:\users\cursees\Application Data\roaming\Mnemosyne\config and
try again.
