Add pronunciation fild .... doesn't save

I've built a set of vocabulary based cards. Putting images (answer side) and audios in the quesion side for many words and sentences.
Now I want to add the original word written in Urdu in the pronunciation field ...
Beside the fact that I wornder if there is any chance I could do it in a more friendly way rather than opening each card, the problem is that many doesn't save! What do I miss?
