spaced repetition audio vocabulary learning for passive studying possible?

I'm looking for a method to play flashcards with audio so that there is no interactivity involved.

This would require the ability to set timelimit to a flashcard item, so that the program would jump from item to item without input. Without input, of course it would mean that I am giving the worst result for all items all the time I guess.

Also it would require audio file for both question and answer (or speech synth).

The easiest way to achieve this I guess is that if there is a plugin or addon or such for a flashcard application, that allows it to set timelimit to answer an item, and to ask the next question. Also a plugin, that would use a speech synthesizer (english and russian in my case) to speak out the questions and answers.

Is this possible with mnemosyne?

I'm sure it its possible to make such a plugin, but whats the point of it if the user is not to grade the cards?
