PLEASE HELP I CANT GET RID OF THIS BUG

I downloaded the latest Mnemosyne ver.
I installed it yesterday and all worked fine ...today when i tried to open it it poped me up 2 errors ,i searched a bit at the net and the solution was to delete the config up to here all ok...when i tried to open a new file it poped me up this

and now i cant get rid of it...i need all the time to delete the config
and then again the same and the same

please answer me fast cause and ask me for further informations

What new file are you trying to open? It seems Mnemosyne is trying to
open a file which contains 'english' in its name and fails to create
directories to store the media files there, e.g. because you have no
write permission there.

Note that it's recommended to put all your cards in a single database.
Also note that premade cards (*.cards files) should be opened by 'file
- import', not by 'file - open'.
