program not running

I have used mnenosyne (windows) for a long time with no problems. Last week, it started showing some error message I do not recall. I tried uninstalling and installing it again (2.3.6). Now, it simply will not run. It shows the following message:
- Traceback (most recent call last);
- File "mnenosyne", line 31, in <module>;
and a number of others. Any idea on what I should do?
