Hello! I'm wondering if it is possible to add a link to an answer
field that I could click and have open a new tab in Opera.

I know that I could just copy the address out of the answer field, but
this would be more convenient.

Thanks!

In the Mnemosyne documentation for the formatting of cards
(http://mnemosyne-proj.org/help/formatting-cards.php) it says that the
complete list of available tags is found at
http://doc.trolltech.com/3.3/qstylesheet.html . The page, if you
search for 'link', covers how to write links; eg. '<a
href="target.qml">Link Text</a>'.

This renders in Mnemosyne's preview, but does not seem to be
clickable, so I infer that there are no current methods of clickable
links.

2.0 supports this.

Indeed, it works.
I have to memorise a song.  I have the lyrics and then a link to the website of the group where I can listen to the song.
But instead of opening my browser, it shows the website inside the mnemosyne card when I click on the link.
It's even better than I expected, but inside where the youtube video would be, there's a blue lego-block.
Any solutions?

Here's the link:

Hi,

You need to install flash in a way that Qt can find it.

See e.g. the last posts here:

https://forum.qt.io/topic/12195/solved-embedding-flash-player-into-a-qtwebkit-application/18

However, it seems this does not work for everybody.

Another option is to download the youtube video though e.g. keepvid, and insert that in your cards through 'add video'.

Cheers,

Peter
