Hi,
This is not really a Mnemosyne problem, but have you tried adding the –H flag to sudo, as the error suggested?
Also, it’s probably safe do delete the .cache directory and see what happens.
Finally, you can try with pip3 instead of pip, to make sure you’re not trying to install an unexisting python2 package.
