Sort rules - what are they? My sort produces 'strange' card order.

  Hello, everyone!

    Please help  me to identify the culprit -- why 'my' Sort does not sort properly.   
  Attached is  { .png } screen shot.
Windows XP; rev 2.2.1
 What are the 'sort rules', esp. concerning:
a) Special characters
b) Russian words

   Also, can I edit my copy of whatever file controls the sort algorithm ?

Hi,

It's the database driver (sqlite) that handles sorting in this case for efficiency reasons. Sorting of foreign characters is difficult to achieve in a cross-platform manner for that library, not to mention that sometimes people don't agree about what the proper sorting is for any particular language...
