file type

ehm, I have a question. I asked someone to send me his cards, when he did, I tried to open it.But I could't open it, because of it's file type (.CARDS) when I looked up some of the decks on the community everything is .CARDS, when I looked at my save as, it says .db and there are no other options. Is there a solution for this problem?
