Delete cards on Android Phone

I'd like to start fresh and sync with what's on my computer, but I can't get rid of the old cards on my phone first. Nothing is over-writing. How do I delete the entire database of cards on my phone? NOTE: I've already tried uninstalling the app. It still hangs on.

Delete /sdcard/mnemosyne.
