Editing front of card text isn't following font style and color

I just made the switch to Mnemosyne and I really like it except a few minor things and one big one (to me)... 

I like having a Dark Blue background with Yellow Text for my flashcards. I found the setting for Mnemosyne and made my changes. When I add a new card though the background color shows up and in the Bottom the Text follows the Size and Color I set. The front is another story. It still displays as a 8pt font and black text which means its unreadable. If I have to I'll go back to plain ol' Black on White but I'd prefer not to. I'm just too lazy to go in and change my color settings every time I switch from reviewing to adding cards. (Which I do a lot of everyday)

I’m not exactly sure what you mean, but perhaps you’ve changed the font of only just one field?

 

In Mnemosyne you can give different fonts to front, back, etc…
