When I export cards from mnemo I can only choose .cards format, but anki only reads .db format. Any help?

You don't need to export to the db format, the db format is
Mnemosyne's native format in which it stores information.

If you are on Windows:
press Windows+R, then type:
%appdata%
Click Mnemosyne, select default.db and default.db-media, and copy to your desktop.
Import this into Anki.

It works for default.db, but I cannot import the media folder... It's a folder with images, even if I click on each item distinctly it won't open it.

I succeeded by click both items then clicking on Anki. Now it has imported pictures but Anki cannot recognize pictures (gif, png format), It shows buggy icon or some weird text eg. <img.src="">

That's not something I can do anything about, as it's the Anki
developers that maintain the Mnemosyne importer in Anki. I only take
care of the Anki importer in Mnemosyne :-)

Cheers,

Peter

You don't have to import the media folder, just the db file.
