Conflicts detected during sync (mobile device)

I get this error when trying to sync from android device to PC:

"Conflicts detected during sync! 

Choose which version to keep and which version to discard. Your client only stores part of the server database or uses a different software version, so you can only fetch the remote version."

Windows 7, 64 bit

Mnemosyne 2.3.4

Android 5.1.1

Mnemosyne mobile, how do I know?

This means you have reviewed the same cards both on your phone and on your desktop. You need to choose which version you want to keep.

But I only get the option to get the PC version. Does this mean I need to copy the database manually?

You will run into this if you're still running an old version and the version number of your desktop and phone are different. Other possibility is that your phone doesn't store the full history, so it cannot serve as a master backup.

I have the latest version of mnemosyne mobile from Google play. And the latest version of the mnemosyne windows (2.3.4).
How can I see if the phone has the stored the full history?

Hi,

If the size of the db file is roughly the same on both machines, it should be fine to do a manual copy. If you could mail me privately both versions, I could investigate why mnemosyne only wants to copy in one direction.
