I am trying to get Mnemosyne to export cards to my android phone. I have installed the 2 plugins and bought the Android app'. Following your instructions (http://www.tbrk.org/software/mnemododo.html) I have got to point 3 (listed below) and am stuck.

"If the option is disabled with the text ‘(None were found on this device!)’, then Mnemododo has been unable to find any exported directories: please check that the files exported by Mnemogogo are accessible."

I connect my phone and laptop via Bluetooth. Is this the issue? I am stuck on how to connect the export/import. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Many thanks,

Brian

Mnemododo looks the files (amongst others):
STATS.CSV
CARDS
CONFIG
CATS

Could you please manually verify that they are on your phone and that
they are named exactly as above (all capitals)? (Using a file explorer
app or similar).

There is also a free app called "Mnemododo: Tester" that can produce a
log file of the search for cards. That can often help resolve
problems. Feel free to mail the log file to me privately (it would
contain the names of all the folders on your phone).

No, it shouldn't be. It doesn't matter how the files get from your PC
onto your phone, just that they are all there. Though each transfer
method has its own potential 'difficulties'.

The other information that can help is to know the model number of
your phone and what type and version of operating system you have on
your PC.

Tim.
