Sync to Android keeps timing out, Errno 110

So right now I have some cards on my laptop, and when I sync to my Android phone I put in the username/password|port and address, but it loads for about 20 seconds and says socket error, connection timed out, [Errno 110]. I can't load ANY cards onto my phone and I'm using the Mnemosyne App from the Play Store. Plz help. Thanks!

Hi,

Apart from the really obvious things like double checking the address and port and making sure that Mnemosyne is running on your server, start by making sure both machines are inside your home network and that there's no firewall, virus scanner or router that block the communication.
