Hi,

with the Mnemosyne app released on Google Play, I'm now itching to move from my Dropbox-based syncing setup to running mnemosyne --sync-server on my VPS instead. Trouble is, my VPS doesn't have a graphical display, so how can I configure it to accept clients with a specific username and password?

Thanks,
Kilian

Hi,

What you can do is configure this on your regular client, and then copy the config.db over to your VPS.

Cheers,

Peter

Yep, that worked, thanks. I did have to replace my configuration.py to make it work, as you suggested in this thread: https://groups.google.com/d/topic/mnemosyne-proj-users/-wHGQciq9nA/discussion
