Hi,
Which version of Mnemosyne are you running? Did it come from the play store?
I haven’t seen a crash log through email, though… One option to get extra information is to attach your phone through USB to your desktop running e.g. Android studio to capture the logcat output.
With respect to syncing, you can sync from the phone to the server without problems.
Cheers,
Peter

>Oh boy, there is a small problem, my phone won't connect to any pc so that's not possible. I'll look into how to fix that but in the meantime I can provide screenshots of the >stack trace.
Hmm, the stack trace is directly in the C-library we use, and does not list any Java code, so I’m not sure how much direct influence I have on this.
>I tried setting up a mnemosyne client on my server so I could sync to it but when I tried nothing happened.
Now I’m very confused, as I thought you had a crash immediately upon starting the program. So, how did you get to a stage where you could try syncing?
Kind regards,
Peter

Hi,
There’s some tips for troubleshooting syncing here:

but don’t hesitate if you have any more questions.

Hi,
In Android Studio, you can filter on the application in logcat. Otherwise, just send the log to peter dot bienstman at gmail dot com.
Cheers,
Peter

Sorry for the late answer but I just got back from work, is there a way I could send you the log without exposing it on the internet?
All apps seems to be logging to into that log.
