Hi,

when I add the following line to my response field, the program crashes:

<audio src="http://dict.leo.org/media/audio/UTzHrJLxxhKNszdC8I4iUw.ogg">

Preview works fine with playing the sound, but when I close the preview with ok I get a segmentation fault.

Any Ideas? Seems to be a bug...

Im using Mnemosyne 2.2.1. on Linux Mint/Ubuntu

Best regards,
Jago

Hi,

Try copying the remote file to a local file first and then adding that local
file instead of the remote file.

What type of crash do you get?

In any case, Mnemosyne outsources playing of sounds to a different program,
so there is not an awful lot I can do about this...

Hi,

it works when I copy it to a local file...

All I can see as an error message is "segmentation fault" in the console...

Which programm is used for playing sounds?

Hm, I don't have mplayer installed...

How do you use mplayer?

It's bundled within the Mnemosyne install. That way users don't have to
worry about installing it themselves.
