how to reset learning progress

hi!

i got a set of cards from a friend in a db file.
the problem is, that the cards are tagged with his his learning process (half the cards are marked with grade 5). as i want to start from the beginning, i want to ask, if there is a way to reset all cards to the status "not yet learned"

I'm currently implementing export to share cards with friends. Please
wait until 2.1 is released.

so if i understand u correctly, to achieve my desired effect, i had to create a new database and add all cards manually :/?

If you really need these cards right now, yes. The new version should be
ready in few weeks.

Thank you for working on this project. I really like the new version but am definitely looking forward to the release where I can reset my old cards. I currently have version 2.0.1, I am hoping the next release will support this feature and that it is soon.

With the 2.1 release candidate I posted on this forum you can achieve
this, although in a bit convoluted way:

* export the cards you want to reset to the new 'cards' format
* delete these cards from your database
* reimport the cards file you just exported.
