Can you make the “In” number equal to the “Last rep Interval” – as shown in ‘Card Stats’ screen ?
See attach't.
Seeing the "Last Interval" would allow a user to decelerate or accelerate the scheduling
depending on how soon a user would like to see the card;
One may say "That's what we are doing now! What would be different ?"
The difference is : I KNOW the LAST Interval; which would make me to choose
a grade different from the one I would have chosen not knowing the lapsed Interval.
Thank you.
PS. Would you be interested to write a plugin to see Recall % as a function of a "Repetition Intervals SET"?
EX. Set1: 1d 3d 6d and 10d versus
Set2: 1d 5d 10d.
Benefit: If the recall % is about same, one would choose a less frequent reps.
Of course it is impossible to implement in Mnemosyne; we'd need another plugin option
to MANUALLY schedule cards in the first 30 days; and aft that - let SRS do the job.
Anki allows to choose intervals in MINUTES. I have bad memory of Anki and would rather not go back there unless compelled to do so.
Supermemo - in 4d 7 12 20 30 2mo 3 5 9...
Mnemosyne could jump from 1mo to 3 4 or 5!
You can add 5 grading bottons - but change algorithm as if they are 10 Intervals; that's it. Simple math.
My biggest wish.
Thanks.
