Hi to all,

I am using Mnemosyne 2.6 on a Win 10 Pro Notebook (Server) with Mnemosyne 1.6 on an Android Smartphone (Android 7.1.1).

Message, when the programm crashes goes something like this: "Sync failed, next Sync is going to be a full sync."

Errormessage on the smartphone: http://lautregister.eu/img/errormsg.jpg (Also attached as text extracted from the screenshots at the end of this post, but the extraction isn't 100% correct)

It does not happen every time I sync the two devices, it's really irregular ...

Anyone an idea how to handle/solve this issue?

Hi,

There seem to be some interruptions in the data transfer. Make sure your wifi connection is stable. You can also try to avoid that either your notebook or your phone goes to sleep.

Cheers,

Peter
